Use the exact order variant, container label and manufacturer information to clarify spray packaging before requesting forwarding.
A seller calls an item a “face mist,” and the listing photograph shows a cap. Neither detail settles how the purchased variant is packaged. Before asking about forwarding, connect the exact order variant to a readable container label or manufacturer description. If those records do not resolve the container type, keep that fact marked as unknown in the enquiry.
Start with the variant you actually ordered
Save the seller link and the selected option, including its size or model if shown. A listing can group different formats together. Keep a general promotional photo separate from a photo the seller or manufacturer identifies as the exact variant. If there is a gift set, list the individual containers that need confirmation instead of applying the outer box's description to all of them.
Ask for the full container and the relevant label panels. Copy the packaging description and any warning as written. A visible nozzle, cap shape or word such as “spray” describes a feature that may appear in several formats. It does not resolve whether the container is pressurized. A manufacturer description of a manual pump is useful when it names the same item and size. A readable pressure warning is a detail to pass on, not a classification to assign yourself.
UNECE’s GHS reference, chapter 2.3 illustrates pressure-related hazard wording, including a warning that a pressurized container may burst if heated. Use the reference to recognize what to copy if a label contains that wording. A missing warning in a photograph leaves the evidence incomplete. The reference does not decide whether a particular cosmetic can travel on a route.
Record a conflict as a question
These are fictional records for comparing evidence, with no actual product or acceptance outcome:
- Variant A, 50 mL: The manufacturer describes the matching size as a manual pump. Record the wording, document and size together. The contents still need their own review.
- Variant B, 75 mL: The photograph of that variant shows a pressure warning. Keep the full wording and container photo. Do not copy Variant A’s packaging description onto this row.
- Variant C, size unconfirmed: The order says “spray,” and the only picture hides the label. Mark the container type and size as unknown. Ask for a photo or document identifying that variant.
If a photo and a supplier's reply disagree, show the two records with their sources and ask which applies. Read existing labels or request evidence. Leave the container intact and do not test it by opening, spraying or puncturing it.
Send one question per unresolved item
For each item, include the destination country or region, exact variant, quantity, label volume if known, a photo or document reference, and the unresolved point. If the manufacturer provides a safety data sheet for the same product, identify that document as well. Keep the original packaging and use the actual contents and variant in the parcel description.
For a real enquiry, start with the HuaBang Express shipping-review checklist and review the services page for service descriptions. Ask HuaBang Express what further information is needed for those goods and that destination. A complete record is the starting point for review. The route, acceptance and any documentation requirements remain subject to confirmation for the shipment.
FAQ
What if the label and the safety data sheet identify different sizes?
Keep both descriptions in the enquiry. Ask the manufacturer or seller which document applies to the size you purchased. A document for a similar product can help explain the question, but it does not resolve the variant by itself.
Can I describe the item as a manual pump if no warning is visible?
Leave the container type unresolved until you have evidence for the exact variant. Send the available record and ask what additional identification is needed before arranging the shipment.
