Prepare a component identity record: compare the purchased model, visible revision and stated accessories without turning photos into testing claims.

A computer-parts listing may combine a product family, a model code, a revision and a picture of accessories. Those details do not necessarily describe the exact variant bought. Before asking HuaBang Express about forwarding the purchase from China, prepare a short comparison of the order line, the seller's description and any images available for the actual parcel.

This worksheet is about identifying what information is present and what still needs clarification. It does not confirm that a component works, fits another device, is authentic or is accepted for transport to Austria or another destination. It also does not describe a testing service performed by the warehouse.

1. Start with the purchased variant

Record the component type and copy the model wording from the purchased order line. Keep letters, numbers, punctuation and revision wording as shown. A broad family name is a useful heading, but it is not a substitute for the selected model. If the listing offered several variants, retain the order's selection rather than the model shown in the first promotional picture.

Separate a seller's claim from your own observation. Write “seller describes this as used” when that is the available evidence. A clean outer box or a sealed-looking bag does not establish a component's usage history. If the condition statement is absent, leave it unresolved instead of silently changing it to new.

2. Keep model, revision and serial identifiers separate

A model code identifies the stated product variant; a revision is a further detail that should be preserved when shown. A serial identifier refers to an individual item and should not replace either field. Copy only legible text and mark which label or document supplied it.

Do not infer a missing suffix from a similar-looking board, connector or box. A photo can show visible markings, while compatibility requires information about the actual devices and manufacturer specifications. Similar names or matching connector shapes alone do not settle that question. Ask the seller to clarify a mismatch before treating two descriptions as the same item.

Available recordKeep in the comparisonLeave unresolved
Order says fictional Model-A, Rev-B; label photo says Model-ABoth exact wordings and their sourcesWhether the pictured item has revision B
Listing photo shows a cable beside the componentThe listing image and the purchased variant's accessory descriptionWhether that cable is included in this order
A sealed package has no visible component labelOnly the visible outer information; component label not observedInternal model, condition and operating state

These are invented comparison examples, not actual parcels or manufacturer specifications. Do not open a sealed package, power a component or remove labels merely to complete this worksheet. Any requested handling needs its own agreement through the normal support process.

3. List the component and included items without double counting

Write down the number of purchased components. Beside that, list accessories explicitly included in the relevant order description: for example a cable, bracket or adapter. A promotional image, an optional add-on and an included item are different evidence sources.

If a fictional order contains one component kit with two stated cables, keep “one kit” as the purchased unit and record the two cables as its described contents. Do not turn that into three purchased kits. Where the seller's kit description and the available parcel image differ, record both and ask a specific question; an incomplete image alone does not prove a shortage.

4. Use photos to answer a visible question

Identify the exact label or item you need clarified. A useful request could be: “The order shows Model-A Rev-B, but the visible label only shows Model-A. Please clarify the revision stated for the supplied variant.” This is example wording, not a completed warehouse check.

Ask whether the requested observation is available, what it covers and whether any handling is needed. A photo of an outer label, an opened parcel, a counted accessory and an electrical test represent different activities. A receiving scan or a photograph is not a functional test. Keep the original response and its stated limitations rather than describing a requested action as completed.

5. Keep the enquiry and transport decision separate

Send a concise private note with the purchased variant, visible wording, described accessories and the precise unresolved point. Share any needed original images or identifiers only through the normal private support channel. Keep serial identifiers, buyer details, payment information and delivery addresses out of public article comments.

Describe relevant product characteristics accurately when asking about transport. If information about a battery, liquid or another characteristic is missing, report that uncertainty rather than assuming absence. The current service information provides a starting point for an enquiry; availability, handling, packing and a shipment-specific quote still require confirmation for the actual goods and destination. The Help Center links the wider forwarding workflow.

FAQ

Can a model-label photo show that the component works?

It can record the visible wording in that image. It does not establish an operating result, compatibility or the item's history. Ask what was actually observed and retain the response without adding a testing claim.

Does a cable in the listing photo mean it is included?

Check the purchased variant and its written contents. A picture can illustrate an optional accessory or another variant. If the order wording is unclear, ask the seller which items are included and preserve that answer.

What if the model suffix or revision cannot be read?

Copy the legible part, identify its source and mark the remaining text as unconfirmed. Do not fill the gap from a similar listing. Request clarification before using the uncertain detail to describe the item or make another decision.
